We understand and respect your decision, if you don't like the product, we do offer exchanges..
All our products go through quality check before shipping.
Since each product is exclusively curated and went through quality checks with immense care and love, We do not accept returns on orders once placed; we only offer exchanges. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUND
Exchange Policy- INDIA
- We only exchange products and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the product(s).
- Items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchanges.
- A product can be exchanged only ONCE during the course of an order.
STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR EXCHANGE:
- Kindly inform us within 2 days of delivery. The customer needs to email us at nwearsboutique@gmail.com with their order number and a picture of the product.
- Once the concerned team checks the description & confirms the damage/ incorrect product, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange .
- The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer to us.
- Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for exchanged items will be borne by the customer only.
- Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the physical product. We shall dispatch fresh / correct product, as per our policy.
- Product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for exchange.
- It may take longer than the usual time to ship the exchanged product.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA

ORDER DISPATCH
Our orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped.

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL.
ORDER DELIVERY
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipments in 3-5 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. track your order using the details provided in your registered email.
